We are still on a high this Monday morning after the 2009 Addy Awards Friday night. We’re no Slumdog Millionaires, but we did manage to reign in 11 Addy Awards! That’s right… 3 Silvers, 5 Golds, and 3 Best of Categories! Between the wins, the lobster tail & steak dinner, plus the open bar, I’m gonna have to say it brings a whole new meaning to a Happy Monday.
In part 1 we looked at our energy usage. Now we delve into the second system condition of The Natural Step framework. This time dealing with our production and disposal of synthetic materials… basically what we do with all the crap we make.
This past Friday night we had the great honor of getting a personalized tour of the Loci Design Gallery.
Designed and built by one of Susan’s architecture professors Tim Woods, the LDG is an example of a LOCI MODular home; created to be flexible, affordable and above all else sustainable.
